Refund policy

Store return and exchange policy:

At JM Home Style, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged at the time of delivery.

Because we use our own local delivery team in the DFW area, every item is visually inspected upon delivery in front of the customer.

• If the item arrives damaged, we will immediately arrange a return, exchange, or replacement at no additional cost.

• If the item is accepted at delivery in good condition, it becomes non-returnable.
